HCPS Students are provided with a Google Apps account for instructional use.

Logging In

To login to your student Google Apps account, you will go to Google and:

1. Click Sign In in the top right-hand corner.
2. Enter your HCPS Google email address.
3. Click Next.
4. Enter your password.
5. Login.

What is my Google email address?

Your email address is your AD username + @stu.hcpsnc.org . It will look something like ssunshine6789@stu.hcpsnc.org.

How do I learn more about using Google Apps?

Are you a senior or leaving the district?

You can copy content from a school account to a personal account before you leave.
You can also use Google Takeout to make a download of Calendar Events, Contacts and Drive items to use in another Gmail account.
