LEAD

WHAT IS THE LEADER IN ME

The Leader in Me (LIM) is a transformation process that enables individuals and schools to better address three universal challenges: Leadership, Culture, and Academics. Many educators view the challenges as three separate parts of a school’s success. In contrast, the Leader in Me sees the challenges as interactive, each impacting the other.

The ultimate “ends in mind” of the Leader in Me are to enable staff and students 1) to lead their own lives (to become independent), 2) to work well with others (to become interdependent), 3) to live life in a balanced way, and 4) to make meaningful contributions wherever their influence takes them.
