The Leader in Me (LIM) is a transformation process that enables individuals and schools to better address three universal challenges: Leadership, Culture, and Academics. Many educators view the challenges as three separate parts of a schoolâs success. In contrast, the Leader in Me sees the challenges as interactive, each impacting the other.
The ultimate âends in mindâ of the Leader in Me are to enable staff and students 1) to lead their own lives (to become independent), 2) to work well with others (to become interdependent), 3) to live life in a balanced way, and 4) to make meaningful contributions wherever their influence takes them.
Please check out the Media Center webpage for more information about hours and options for checking out books.
