Caldecott Award Books:Ā This award is given annually to the most distinguished picture book for children. The Caldecott winners and honor books all have amazing artwork!
Newbery Award Books: This award is given annually to the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children. The books that have either won the Newbery Medal or are a Newbery Honor book are all worth a read.
North Carolina Children’s Book Award Nominees and Winners: This award is different in that kids across North Carolina help choose the winners. We read the nominees and vote on Marlow winners every year in Media specials.
