PTO ROCK RENTAL PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in renting the cornerstone to celebrate your student! Please follow
the steps below for a smooth process. If at any time you have questions, please email
cornerstone@cubcatspto.org.
1. Visit the PTO Website or the Cubcat Cornerstone Rental info page.
a. Please review the guidelines to help you with your rental experience.
Alternatively, use the drop down menu at the top of the homepage
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose “CLICK HERE” under RENT THE ROCK!
3. You will be directed to the Cubcat Cornerstone Rental website where you can select your date.
4. Select your available date. Dates green are available, dates in red are unavailable.
Weekends can be selected but volunteers will not be available on weekends to assist in
painting.
5. Click “BOOK NOW” after choosing your date
6. At the top of the page you will see an option to visit your cart. Click “View Cart”
7. You will be directed to your Shopping Cart page. Review your rental details then proceed
to checkout.
8. Complete the payment process and click “Place Order.”
9. You will receive a confirmation email. If you receive an error message, please contact
cornerstone@cubcatspto.org. There may be a 1-2 business day delay in reply. Thank
you for your patience.
