Workkeys Testing is THIS WEEK – November 20th

Workkeys test day reminder flyer What is Workkeys? test breakdown information
Workkeys Testing is Thursday, November 20th for all Class of 2026 senior CTE concentrators. Students received an email last week confirming their participation in the test, and an informational meeting was held on Friday, November 7th during Smart Period to give testers all of the details they need.  Many seniors taking the test have been in Workkeys prep classes during Smart Period all semester in preparation for the test. This is the final way for seniors to earn the ACT/Workkeys Incentive Trip to Carowinds this spring. Any senior with a 19 or higher on their ACT from their junior year or a silver or higher on their Workkeys will be eligible to attend this trip. We look forward to fantastic results from all the hard work from our CTE concentrators!  If you have any questions regarding Workkeys, please email Mrs. Lord.

Boys & Girls Club Closed on November 18th

The Boys & Girls Club of Henderson County will be closed on Tuesday, November 18th. They will reopen on Wednesday, November 19th.

There, students were able to participate in a pre-show workshop with voice professionals and then got to enjoy The Sound of Music as guests. The students and chaperones had a great time, and our students received a very special gift in being able to attend.
