Here we are, the last week of March, and the final academic quarter of the school year starts next week. Work hard, Buckaroos, and let’s finish the school year strong!

Marlow Mustang Derby Update
We had an amazing kick-off weekend for our Mustang Derby Fun Run, and want to thank everyone who has taken the time to register and share their child’s webpage with friends and family. As of this afternoon, we have raised over $11,180 in donations with 179 students registered, and 288 donations. Our goal is $40,000! Let’s make it happen!
Register your Child by visiting the Marlow Mustang Derby Sign-Up. It’s free, easy, and fast to register! Email and/or text your child’s student fundraising webpage with 10-15 friends and family. It’s super easy!
Post on Facebook or Twitter. It’s two clicks of a button to post. The average parent has 300 FB friends. You’ll be surprised when donations come in from distant relatives/friends from HS/co-workers. Post and see what happens!
Please note that you may also send in your donations via cash or check. Just send it with your child, and their teacher will be sure to get it to the right place. Make checks payable to: Glenn Marlow PTO and be sure to include your child’s name and teacher with the check, so they can get credit.
Mustang Derby Day: Thursday, April 6th
We conclude our spring fundraiser with our annual Marlow Mustang Derby Fun Run! This year, it is being held on Thursday, April 6th, on the upper track field. Here is the Fun Run schedule for that day:
- 4th – 5th, Mrs. Jones: 8:45 – 9:45
- 2nd – 3rd: 10:00 -11:00
- KI – G1, Mrs. Roberts: 11:15 – 12:15
We hope parents are able to join us that day to cheer our Buckaroos on!
Spring Pictures: Tomorrow!
Don’t forget about Spring Pictures tomorrow, Tuesday, March 28th. Order forms were sent home last week, so order your pictures today! Class pictures will be taken as well.
Please note that picture orders for class portraits and individual portraits are sold separately, so each separate order must have its own individual payment.
Remember that a portion of all picture sales comes back to Glenn Marlow, so order your Spring Pictures today!
End of the 3rd Quarter
Sunday, April 3rd marks the end of the 3rd academic quarter. Q3 report cards will be made available through the PowerSchool Parent Portal on Thursday, April 13th.
If you need assistance getting into the Parent Portal, please contact our Data Manager, Jo Pittman, for assistance.
Marlow Kindergarten Readiness Round-up
Attention Incoming Kindergarten Families! Have you registered for Kindergarten yet?
We will be hosting a “Mustang Readiness Roundup” for all incoming Kindergarten families on Tuesday, April 4th, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
At this event, parents and students can come and see the school, ask questions, meet teachers and administrators, and learn about Kindergarten readiness skills that you can practice at home to get ready for the 2023 – 2024 school year. This is a “drop-in” event, so come anytime between 5:30 – 6:30. Hope to see you there!
