Fox Rocks and Virtual Talent Show

We are very excited to kick off our school version of Kindness Rocks – Fox Rocks!  We would love to see this spread throughout our community.  Mrs. Susan Garren is helping our staff and students to each paint a rock with a kind picture, word, or phrase.  Virtual students are also encouraged to participate.  Our students can either leave their rock in our rock garden at school or place it somewhere in the community for others to find.  Hopefully, as people in the community find rocks, they will take a picture and tag our school on Facebook.  We would love for our Fox Rocks to spread and really take off throughout our community.

We are also hosting a Virtual Talent show! Please join Mrs. Garren’s classroom for more information!

NEW Birthday Fundraiser

Fox logo with confetti and a party hatOur digital sign at the front entrance of the school is a great way to communicate with our community. We think our students would love to see their birthday celebrated on our sign. Beginning today, we invite parents to pay to have their child’s birthday on the sign. The cost is $10. It will run for 24 hours beginning at 8:00 a.m. on their birthday.

Birthday Sign Form for Parents: http://bit.ly/BirthdaySign
Complete this form at least 3 days before your child’s birthday.
$10 is due to the front office no later than 2:00 the day prior to the birthday.
You can bring the money directly to the front office, or you can send it in to your child’s teacher.

Funds will support our school. Thank you for your assistance!

Valentine’s Day

Elementary students love Valentine’s Day!  We have a few updates regarding valentines this year:

  • Our teachers know our cleaning and sanitizing requirements for distributing valentines in classrooms or virtually this year.  Please look for communications from your child’s teacher with directions on when and how to send in valentines.
  • Please remember to send a valentine for every student in your child’s class if you choose to.  We want everyone to feel included.
  • If your family cannot purchase valentines for your child to share with their class due to financial concerns, please reach out to Mrs. Susan Garren and we will provide them.
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no outside deliveries will be accepted for valentines. No flowers, balloons, stuffed animals, or other student gifts can be delivered to the school.

Thank you for your understanding while we make every effort to keep our students safe and in school!
