Materials Packet Pick Up

If you missed picking up the materials packet for your child, please come by the school Monday-Friday from 8:00-3:00 to pick that up.

Remote Learning Technology Support

  • Contact the HCPS Technology Hotline 828-435-3480 or email LearnFromHome@hcpsnc.org.

  • For specific issues with connecting to your child’s Google Classroom or Google Meets, please email your child’s teacher.

Meals Information

Meals will be offered to Fletcher Elementary students in grades pre-K-5 with Grab-and-Go Meals and Meals on the Bus.

  • Grab-and-Go Meals will be available in our car rider line drive thru from 11:30-1:30 Monday-Friday.
  • Meals on the Bus will stop at the following locations in our community:
    • 12:00-12:10p – Greater New Zion Baptist
    • 12:20-12:30p – Kingswood Road Apartments
    • 12:35-12:40p – Jones Rd/Jones Circle
    • 12:45-12:55p – Clover Drive
    • 1:00-1:10p – Charlies on the Creek/Hoopers Creek Cafe
    • 1:15-1:25p – Hoopers Creek Community Building
    • 1:30-1:40p – Oak Forest Baptist Church
  • All children ages 2-18 can receive free meals until August 31st.
  • Beginning September 1st, for students who have not qualified for Free or Reduced Prices, the cost of the meal is $2.50. Students who qualify for Free or Reduced Price meals will continue to receive meals at no cost. Families who believe they may qualify for Free & Reduced Meals should fill out the Meal Benefit Application form online, or pick up and return paper forms to our front office.
  • It is highly recommended that families use the online payment system to pay for school meals.

Hotspot Request Form

Families without internet service in the home can request an HCPS hotspot for their student’s use during remote learning by completing the form at https://www.HCPSNC.org/hotspots. The Instructional Technology team will determine if home locations have sufficient cellular coverage to these support hotspots.

Spirit Night

We will have Spirit Night at Pelican’s Snoballs in Hendersonville on Thursday, August 27th from 5:00-7:00.  Please join us!  Thank you to our PTO for fundraising for our school!
