Battle of the Books

The Battle of the Books 2018-2019 will take place on March 29th, 2019 in the Fletcher Media Center.  Students who are interested should have permission slips turned in to Mrs. Johnson by January 11th, 2019.

This activity is a reading-incentive program in third through fifth grade where interested students read a selection of books and then compete in a contest with questions based on those assigned books.  Students will be placed in a team by grade level, usually by classroom.

The winning 4th and 5th grade teams will be combined and have a chance to compete against other schools in the District.  The date for the District EBOB Competition will be Friday, April 5th.  The regional competition has been set as April 25th.
