My Child has an Allergy or Other Medical Condition the School Needs to Know About

Please contact the school and ask to speak with our school nurse if your child has a medical condition we need to know about.  Access  medical forms you will need to fill out if your child needs an allergy plan, asthma plan, or seizure plan.

Can I Send Medication to School with My Child?

Teachers are not allowed to give medicine to a child without proper authorization.  For over-the-counter medications, parents must fill out a form in the office authorizing the administering of the medication.  If the medication is a prescription drug, the form must also be signed by your child’s doctor.  Access our medication administration form.

How Do I Become a Volunteer?

We love volunteers!  If you would like to be a volunteer, please contact the school.  You will be asked to complete a volunteer form which will include references.

Can I Visit My Child During the School Day?

Family members can visit their child during lunch.  Please prearrange other school visits with your child’s teacher.  All parents and other visitors must report to the office before visiting on the school grounds.  Parents and other visitors are not allowed in classrooms or the cafeteria during the instructional day (8:15-3:00) without prior permission from the child’s teacher and permission from the office.

If My Child is Sick, Can I Pick Up His/Her Missed Classwork?

If you would like to pick up school work for your child, please call the office in the morning.  The office will notify the teacher and in most cases, your child’s work will be ready for pick up in the office in the afternoon.
