Flat Rock Athletics
Flat Rock encourages all students to play a sport, and we offer 15 teams participating in 11 sports. Fall Sports will begin workouts and hold tryouts during the summer.

To participate in Flat Rock Athletics, student-athletes MUST:
- Complete the North Carolina High School Athletics Association (NCHSAA) pre-participation exam form. Click here for a printer-friendly copy.
- Register your student-athlete using Dragonfly Max. Click here for instructions on completing the Dragonfly Max registration.
- The pre-participation exam form and Dragonfly Max must be completed before participating in organized team activities.
