Flat Rock Athletics

Flat Rock encourages all students to get involved!  We offer 15 teams participating in 11 sports.  Winter sports have begun. Winter Sports Parent Night will be held on November 12, 2024, @ 5:30 pm.

To participate in Flat Rock Athletics, student-athletes MUST:

• Complete the North Carolina High School Athletics Association (NCHSAA) pre-participation exam form.  Click here for a printer-friendly copy.
• Register your student-athlete using Dragonfly Max.  Click here for instructions on completing the Dragonfly Max registration.
• The pre-participation exam form and Dragonfly Max must be completed before participating in organized team activities.
