Knights Vs Cancer

ĀØVs CancerĀØ is an organization whose mission is to empower communities, high schools, sports teams, and athletes to help support kids with cancer. Vs Cancer splits between child life programs in local hospitals and national pediatric brain tumor research. We, the North Henderson Knights, teamed up with Vs. Cancer in 2008 and have raised thousands of dollars.

What is Knights Vs Cancer?

An event hosted by our North Henderson Family to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer. Our goal is to get every school member to join the cause. Teams, clubs, and classes host various events to raise money and awareness throughout the year. Towards the end of the year, we host a big fundraiser to help the cause.

Where does the money go?

The proceeds from the festival and additional KVC
events throughout the year go to the Vs. Cancer Foundation.
The Vs. Cancer Foundation splits its profits between
child life programs in local hospitals and national pediatric
brain tumor research in association with the Pediatric Brain
Tumor Foundation.

 

How do I get involved?

NHHS Faculty: Sponsor a team or host an event

NHHS Students: Get a group, including an adult sponsor, and
host an event before our Knights Vs. Cancer Festival or
open both the night off.

Community Members: We would love to have support from
the community at our festival on May 17th.

Calling all car enthusiasts! Join us for an unforgettable experience at our first car show, where all proceeds will be going towards the Vs Cancer Foundation,.
