Mr. Moore’s Announcements 9/30/19 to 10/04/19

#WeAreRugby

Candy Sale Time:

Rugby’s major fundraiser of the year is entering its home stretch.  Thanks for your support in helping us by selling or buying World’s Finest Chocolate to help the school supplement the Instructional Technology available to our students.

Contact Information Verification Sheets came home this past Thursday.

It is vital that we get these sheets back with any necessary corrections.  If the information is correct, please sign the sheet and send it back to us, so we can confirm.

8th Grade Mountains to Sea:

Permission forms and first payments are due this coming week (10/1,2,3).  If you have questions, please contact your student’s RT Teacher.

Our In-School Flu Vaccine Clinic will take place on Friday, October 11.

Student Permission forms must be submitted by this coming Friday, October 4 in order for your student to be vaccinated at our Flu clinic.

Rugby Reading Raiders:

Rugby offers a unique monthly  opportunity for students and families to engage in a “book club” together.  Rugby Reading Raiders offers families the chance to read the same books and complete activities designed by students.  The first Reading Raiders of the 2019-20 school year will be held in the RMS Media Center on Tuesday, October 15 at 6:15.

Christmas Intake:

If your family will need additional support this holiday season, The Storehouse will conduct their annual intake at RMS on Tuesday, October 8.  You may register all of your children at one location, whether they attend RMS or not. Please call Mrs. Perry (828-891-6566) if you have questions.
