I know we are all excited to get our students back with us today.
As your students return to in person learning, please remember:
-Doors will open for students between 7:15-7:20 each morning. Please do not drop your students prior to the doors opening.
-Students will be screened for temperature each morning upon arrival.
-Students must wear a face covering at all times on campus. Refusal to do so is making the choice to be fully remote.
-Student meals-breakfast, lunch and take home meals for virtual days, are all provided at no cost. Each day students are at RMS, they will be offered the chance to order these meals.
-Attendance matters- please communicate with your student’s teachers if he/she will be absent.
-Don’t send sick students to school. If your child is not well, please protect him/her and our whole school community by not sending him/her to school.
-We want to help and want your child to be successful in school. Please continue to check PowerSchool and to communicate with teachers regarding academic progress.
8th Grade Parents:
We are heading into the part of the school year where your students will be learning more about their options after middle school. This begins today with a virtual presentation about Henderson County Early College, but will continue throughout this month and into March. Please reach out to school counselor, Mike Pruett, if you have any questions about this process.
