#WeAreRugby<\/em><\/p>\n 6th Grade Open House is Tuesday, September, 24, 2019.\u00a0 The event will begin at 6:00 pm and last until 7:30 pm.\u00a0 To begin the event, parents and teachers should gather in the gym at 6:00 pm, and after a brief introduction, families will be released to your student\u2019s classrooms.<\/p>\n This Wednesday, September 25 marks the half-way point of our first quarter, and Midterm Progress Reports will be available at that time.\u00a0 Please check PowerSchool to get an accurate view of current student progress. If you wish to have a paper copy of progress reports and report cards, please let your student\u2019s teachers know.<\/p>\n Reports for Math (from 2018-19) will be sent home on Thursday of this week.\u00a0 These are the reports you are accustomed to receiving at the end of the school year.\u00a0 Math scores were delayed last year due to a new test.<\/p>\n Rugby\u2019s major fundraiser of the year kicks off this week.\u00a0 Be looking for information coming home this week about selling World\u2019s Finest Chocolate to help the school supplement the Instructional Technology available to our students.\u00a0 There are also options if you would like to support the school, but don\u2019t wish for your student to sell candy.<\/p>\n Our In-School Flu Vaccine Clinic will take place on Friday, October 11.\u00a0 More details to come.<\/p>\n Rugby offers a unique monthly\u00a0 opportunity for students and families to engage in a \u201cbook club\u201d together.\u00a0 Rugby Reading Raiders offers families the chance to read the same books and complete activities designed by students.\u00a0 The first Reading Raiders of the 2019-20 school year will be held in the RMS Media Center on
