If you are interested in participating in Battle of the Books there will be an\u00a0informational meeting Monday morning in the media center during RISE after the pledge.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MUSICAL WORKSHOP<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There will be a workshop to teach you the audition song for Mary Poppins on Wednesday afternoon from 3-4pm in Mrs. Denton\u2019s room. This is not mandatory but highly recommended.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sign up sheets for singing auditions are now outside Mrs. Denton\u2019s room. If you want to audition for Mary Poppins, you must sign up for a specific time.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>National Junior Honor Society<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention National Junior Honor Society members: If you are interested in earning service hours by selling concessions and helping clean up at our Back to School Dance this Friday, please sign up outside Mrs. Perry\u2019s door.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Picture Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Picture is this Thursday. Please bring your money or online purchase code to the media center when your class is called. Remember that dress code applies to pictures on this day.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reading Raiders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Does any one want to receive extra credit while hanging out with friends?\u00a0 If the answer is yes, ask your language arts teacher about Reading Raiders. The first party will be October 15th from 6:15 to 7:30 in the evening.\u00a0 The first title is now on sale in the media center for $5.00.\u00a0 Buy it now to be prepared for October 15.
