Honors students should read the selected books prior to the beginning of the school year. They are encouraged to secure their own copies. A key to success for middle school students in a summer reading program is parental involvement. Please engage in the text with your child and ask them about what they are reading!  The summer reading assignments and the summer reading project (completed during the school year) will count as a test grade on the students’ first nine weeks.
