Marlow Monday Message, March 30th, 2020

Henderson County Public Schools News

Good evening Glenn Marlow parents and students, this is John Hart with your Marlow Monday Message on this Monday, March 30th. I hope everyone had a great weekend! We had a great day today with Part II of our K-2 take-home bag and Chromebook check-out distribution. It was awesome to see parents (and a few students) from a distance and be able to catch up with them face-to-face (if only for a minute). Keep uplifting each other’s spirits and think great thoughts! See the positive in each day, and know that we will get through this together! #WEAREMARLOW!

Here is information that you need to know for this week:

Parents, below is a message from Mr. Vaughn, our PE teacher:

  • Parents, tomorrow I will be sending out via email a brand new P.E. Learn from Home Guide for all grade levels. This guide will provide at least 30 minutes of daily physical vigor for your child, through a variety of warm ups and fun activities. Please make sure your child accesses the P.E. Learn from Home Guide through their Henderson County Public Schools Student Gmail Account. Please feel free to contact me via email should you have any questions. Thanks so much!

G3 – G5 parents and students, below is a message from Mr. Williams, our Music Teacher:

  • The Google Classroom codes to join music with Mr. Williams are provided below. Please help us ensure that your student has gained access in order to stay up to date on music class assignments. Thank you!
    • 3rd Grade: npv73s7
    • 4th Grade: uai4zff
    • 5th Grade: cx736v6

We have had a great response to the Marlow Family Check-In survey sent out last Thursday. Parents, if you have not completed the survey, or if your situation has changed, please do so. The Check-In survey is a Google Form that you can access.

Favor de hacer clic aquí si Ud. Necesita la encuesta en español: Check-In Survey

Thank you so much. This is very helpful information, as this survey will help us continue to serve you and the rest of the Marlow community as we navigate through this time. Again, if you have any questions, or if you need anything else during this time, please do not hesitate to email me directly at

Thank you for all that you do. Stay healthy everyone. JHart
