Employees who work at least 30 hours per week in a permanent position are offered health insurance through the NC State Health Plan<\/a>. Use this website to view health plan options, in-network providers, pharmacy benefits, useful forms and other important information.<\/p>\n Employees will annually receive information from Human Resources about completing benefit enrollment online, and can view the Employee Instructions for Completing Your Benefit Enrollment Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n The \u201cCafeteria Benefits\u201d plan organized under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Service offers group rates for dental, vision, cancer, disability and life insurance to all full-time permanent employees. Also available are Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for out-of-pocket medical expenses, as well as dependent care costs.
