This means that Henderson County Public Schools is no longer required to automatically send you<br \/>\na 1095-C.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like a copy of your Form 1095-C, please access our benefits portal at <a href=\"https:\/\/nc.secure-enroll.com\/go\/ncshp\">eBenefits<\/a> and download<br \/>\nyour Form 1095-C electronically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To download your 1095-C, please follow the steps below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nc.secure-enroll.com\/go\/ncshp\">eBenefits<\/a> account.<\/li>\n<li>Once logged in, hover over the \u201cBenefits\u201d tab located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.<\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cBenefit Reports,\u201d select \u201c1095 Tax Documents.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>You may then select the appropriate year to download and print your Form 1095-C for your records.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alternatively, if you need us to mail your Form 1095-C, please contact us as noted below.
