Upon employment, the following documents are required for your New Hire Appointment with the HR Department.
- Drivers License
- Social Security Card (That matches your current legal name/For Payroll)
- Transcripts or Diploma from college/university (teacher assistants)
Please complete and upload the following forms (Use Legal Name that matches Social Security Card, No Nicknames).
After HR has received your recommendation for hire by a school administrator:
(1) You will be receiving an automated email Titled: “Action Required – New Checklist Assigned – Henderson County Public School”
(2) This is an automated electronic Onboarding New Hire Checklist with Electronic Forms from “TALENTED”. This process is approved by the NC Dept of Public Instruction.
(3) Once you have completed all the steps on your Onboarding Checklist, all Electronic Forms and have your “Signed”/Completed NC Health Exam Certificate. Please call HR to schedule your HR Intake Appointment (828) 697-4733.
