Mr. Rollins Named HCPS CTE Teacher of the Year<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, April 2nd, district leadership surprised Mr. Rollins with the honor of being named the HCPS CTE Teacher of the Year! Mr. Rollins has transformed our school\u2019s ag department, adding additional courses and another teacher to the mix, and broadening the opportunities he constantly brings to our students to show them the future they may have in this field. Mr. Rollins has also helped a large group of students find their place as leaders within and outside the FFA program. He has also built a fantastic network of community members that support East High and its ag program robustly. We are so proud of Mr. Rollins and look forward to a bright future in the EHHS ag department!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

National School Librarians Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n

The holiday may have fallen on a Saturday this year, but we are still celebrating National School Librarians Day, because we have one of the best! Mrs. Justice does a fantastic job of bringing creativity and inclusivity to our library, and she is a leader in our district. She is always working to learn new things, collaborate with her fellow librarians across the county, and bring fun new ideas to our own media center. We are so thankful for our very own Mrs. J!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
