PSAM/PSPM Program

Welcome to PSAM and PSPM at Sugarloaf!

Our 5-Star Licensed Childcare program is run by our Director, Carolyn McAdams.

Eligible Students– K-5th Grade

Registration Fees

$ 30.00 yearly registration fee per child
$ 40.00 family rate registration fee

PSAM: open 6:30 a.m. until students are delivered to class at 8:00 a.m.
Cost: $4.00/day

PSPM: open from school dismissal at 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Cost: $11.00/day

Teacher Workday Care Tuition – $23.00 per day

Early Dismissal Days: open from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m

Cost: $15.00 per day

Registration forms are available for interested parents from each Child Care Director, from the school office or by clicking on the links below. The completed form must be signed and returned to the Child Care Director before the child can attend any of the programs. A non-refundable registration fee of $30.00 per child or $40.00 per family is required at the time of registration for the PSAM & PSPM programs. If a child attends both programs, only one yearly registration fee will be charged.

To complete the registration form you will need:

Parents’ work numbers, cell numbers
Doctor’s name and phone number
Dentist’s name and phone number
Emergency contact names and phone numbers (at least 3 other than parents)
Insurance information (if applicable)
Immunization records
Recent color photo of child
Name and phone number of those authorized to pick up child
Custody papers (if applicable)

It is required that parents must reserve days and make advance payment for all programs on Friday for the following week of care. Drop-in care is not provided. Parents are asked to pay by check or money order.

If paying by cash, the correct amount is requested. A change fund is not maintained on site. Credit will not be given for days purchased and not used, except in case of family emergencies or extended illness (5 days or more). The parent and site director must complete a written Fee Payment Agreement Adjustment for credit to be approved.

If Henderson County Public Schools close due to any unforeseen reason, a credit will be given for that day(s). Any parent interested in seeking financial assistance please contact Henderson County Department of Social Services @ 698-4440.
