*Be present 85 percent of the time the previous semester.

*Have a current Henderson County Athletic Physical Examination Form signed by a physician on file at Flat Rock Middle School. (Forms are available in the school office and must be completed by a physician before a student tries out, practices, or plays.)

*Students cannot exceed the four consecutive semesters of eligibility rule.

*Henderson County Public Schools provides student athletes with insurance. *Students may not play, practice, or attend athletic activities on any day they are in in-school suspension or suspended from school. Additional regulations concerning practices, games, and personal conduct will be available from each coach. Students who are not picked up promptly following practice or games may be restricted from participating in athletics. Students must be counted present at school in order to participate in an after school athletic activity.
