Persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years who are domiciled in the Henderson County Public Schools Administrative Unit, who have not been removed from school for cause, or who have not obtained a high school diploma, are eligible for enrollment in the Henderson County Public School System.

No student currently under suspension or expulsion from either a public or private school will be admitted into the Henderson County Public Schools until he is eligible for readmission at his previous school.

The Henderson County Public School System reserves the right to place any transferring student into the Balfour Education Center whenever it matches the student’s most recent school placement; gives the student the best possibility of earning credit; or is in the best interest of school operations.

Form A – Disciplinary Status by Parents, Guardian or Legal Custodian

Form B – Educational Residency Affidavit by parent, Guardian or Legal Custodian

Form C – Educational Residency Affidavit for Caregiver Adult

Form D – Statement of Authority and Responsibility by Legal Custodian and by Responsible Adult (Licensed Group Home, Foster Home, or Similar Facility)

Form E – Official Statement of Domicile Verification by Landlord

Form F – Official Statement of Homeless Youth or Migrant Youth
